Founded in 1988, Hazard Alert Training Inc.’s (HATSCAN’s) goal is to be Canada’s provider of choice for core Occupational Health and Safety training.
Safety training topics covered by HATSCAN include Hazard Assessment, TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Due Diligence, OH & S (Occupational Health and Safety) and Environmental Compliance. Customized training programs can also be provided.
HATSCAN offers a wide range of choice in safety training, through a variety of media, including trainer-delivered, self-teach, PowerPoint® (WHMIS and TDG) Instructor Packages, video, pocket guides, train-the-trainer, computer-based and online, together with the well-received, comprehensive and current regulatory information BC HANDI-GUIDE, and Alberta HANDI-GUIDE.
All training programs feature interactive learning and result in proven competency. Each program is created by a unique team of subject-matter experts and instructional designers and is built to HATSCAN’s recognized standard of quality.
